What Youll Do:
- Work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct therapy to students
- Assist in implementing IEP goals and therapy plans
- Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Keep organized records and track student progress
What Youll Need:
- Associates Degreeor higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in the state of employment
- Experience in pediatrics or school-based therapy is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
